History
Joel himself began his career as a developer in 1998 attending ITT Technical Institute, becoming a certified Perl developer. Remember Perl? As time went on, PHP became the language of choice to build out websites and web applications for businesses of any size, and Joel, along with his team, are EXPERT programmers and can handle any job or issue you throw our way.
